  • Couple

    Friendly staff

Noisy, no wc in the room and really bad bed.

  • Single

It was dreadful. I had a naked man knocking at my door. There was no toilet roll in the shared toilet. It was awful

  • Couple

absolutely non-speaking-enlish personnel, dirty room with a vacuum cleaner in the center of it, TV doesn't work, very small shower cabin, no soap in a room, no wardrobe, badly-working locker at the door, Wi-Fi doesn't work

  • Group of friends

    It was cheap, very convenient.

The hotelier was incredibly lethargic! When we wanted to go in the morning - 10am - we had to wait 30mins for him to wake! Also, no toilet in the room, a LOT of DIY needed in the room.

  • Group of friends

Location close to the train/bus station and the beach, everywhere can be reach on foot. Friendly service. The room was cleaned every day.

There was mould on the walls. In the next room was a man, who lives there permanently and probably has tuberculosis, because coughs and spits up all night, we could not sleep.

  • Family with children

I've gotten two worst experiences in this hotel in my life. I believe that the key of each room are sharable. How is it possible in a hotel? At 2 o'clock, one stranger visited my room. My family members were sleeping, and I've just waken up cause od the noise opening the door. The man who was visiting our room used his own key, and he was also shocked to meet us. He apologized to us that he confused the room number, and explained that he also didn't expected the situation. Also, in the first night, I've left a memo to ask some facility on the bed with some coins as a tip. But when I arrived the hotel, my room was not cleaned at all and the memo was in the other bed, the door was opened, and the coins were disappeared. This was the first experience in my travel life, and we could not enjoy the trip enough because of the scareness. This hotel doesn't know what they should keep as a hotel. And it's extremely dangerous in my point of view. Be careful!!! I cannot recommend it at all.

  • Group of friends

The location is good - not far from the city center and very close to the railway station and buses. The beds are very good, the room and the toilet are clean.

The receptionist had a hangover and didn't want even to come though we wanted to check in at 11. There were no towels and even when we asked for it they didn't bring it. Quite noisy from the other rooms. In the romm for 3 people there is toilet in the room but in the double room there isn't and you need to go to the toilet on the floor.

  • Older travelers

We stayed at this hotel 1 night before getting the train to Paris. We got to Le Havre on a cruise ship and needed to be near the port and the railway station. This hotel was both but a bit further from either than we were led to believe. Price was good for Le Havre but no bargain.

Room was very small and bed not very comfortable. Hotel has no lift so we had to drag our bags up 3 flights of stairs and back down. Desk closed early so we could not get code for the wifi which we needed badly.

  • Group of friends

not a lot, except location 5 min walk from city centre

very run down, mildew on walls, decor very poor electric wires hanging from ceiling. Booking says check in from 7am room not ready till 11am then had to move rooms next day for some reason, toilet in corridor shared with other rooms. Despite the great sounding breakfast menu nothing was offered and never saw anyone dining, the dining room was always locked, thankfully a pattiserie was next door.

  • Single

Informal, able to check in late.

  • Couple

Helpful Staff, good stay if you just want to spend a night and then be on your way! There was also a television in the room if you are interested!

Toilet paper wasn't there in the bathroom, but was given by the staff promptly when asked for! No parking in the public space when I reached there, little difficult to find.

  • Couple

We missed our ferry to the uk because of train delays and essentially needed a bed to sleep on for the night. We paid €39 for a room for 4 people (there were two of us + a dog), and wasn't expecting much, but we needed a cheap place to stay. Instead it turned out to be a great little hotel. 8 or 9 rooms in total, across 2 floors. Local family run hotel, with the perks that derive from it: for example they provided us with dinnerware to our room in case we decided to buy dinner at the supermarket and offered to cook the food for us. Rooms are standard, double bed, 1 or 2 extra single beds, large sat flatscreen tv, free wifi, and most importantly clean and bug free. Bathroom is basic, but clean as well. We didn't go for the breakfast, so I can't judge that. In general, nothing fancy, but excellent value for money. Worth mentioning, seeing as Le Havre is mostly a stop-over location, is the proximity to the rail station and to the sea port. The rail is a 10 minute walk down one straight road, the port is just past the rail station, 15 min walk. Very easy.

Hate that long, narrow, cylinder-shaped pillow for 2 people, which are so typical in France..

  • Older travelers

Nothing, Will not recommend it to anyone

The rooms were very dirty, very noisy,in our invoice there was breakfast at 4€ they told us that this does not exist, the wc was dirty, this hôtel was very deceiving for us .
